Cancelling your Lovima® order
We hope that you are happy with your Lovima® order. However, as it is a medicine, we are unable to accept the return of your Lovima® order once it has left our pharmacy.
If you would like to cancel your order before you receive notification of your order being dispatched (you will receive this via email), please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation and initiate a refund of the cost of the product only. Please note it may take up to 14 working days to process your refund.
If your Lovima® order has arrived faulty or damaged, please email [email protected] or call 01625 315072 immediately and we will advise on the returns process. On receipt of the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement to you.
